thumb LLC provides marketing consulting, website design, SEO optimization, and related digital marketing services for local businesses. The specific scope of work for each client is outlined in individual project agreements.
All client projects are governed by a separate project agreement that outlines scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. These terms of service apply in addition to any project-specific agreement.
Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables created as part of their project, including but not limited to website code, design files, brand assets, and written content. thumb retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. All fees are in US dollars. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, access to necessary accounts and platforms, and accurate business information needed to complete the project.
thumb LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
